This is our final Digipak design. As you can see my the images we decided to take a more abstract influence on the design through the use of paint splaters and the brightness contrast on the photo. So it does look more eye catching than the original colours, giving it a more on a unique twist and representing the theme of the band as creative individuals. We created this affective through cropping and editing a basic image of some paint spalter we did ith poster paint. On photoshop we took a section of
the image of the paint and used that section continuously so that it didnt look
to different and be in keeping with the house style. To create this house style we wanted to use the same image, same font in the same colour--it represented a brand that people could know, reconmise. We decided on feature on the pack some images that we had taken on the day of filiming in Bourne Woods and used them for the othe sections of the digipak. These images look really affective as the background of the woods look visally good on screen with the different colours of green, browns, oranges which conplement the rest of the digipak wel. I am really happy with the way the digipak was turned out and i think through team work we have made a great result. I feel as if we have really represented the band well and used our own artist skill and creative thinking to make something thats unique and individiual to the band. This are some print screens of the photoshop editing process of what we did in order to get to the stage we are at the moment. This shows a break down in the different steps we took and the techniques used from changing the contrast of colour, cropping the image, adding text, changing font and adding a backdrop.
